1) Registered social workers;
2)Higher education degree or above on infant education, nursing, education, or applied psychology related to infant development or infant education;
3)The equivalent qualification as 2) approved by the Director of IAS. |

1 per nursery (at least 1 caretaker for nursery admitting infants aged 12-month old or below) |
1) Completionof health caretaker training course
designated by IAS; or
2)Nursing staff with secondary education degree (
Form 3 or above, with at least 2-year training on
nursing)
3)The equivalent qualification as 1) and 2) approved
by the Director of IAS |
